The NNA's Trusted Enrollment Agent Program Providing New Job Opportunities
Demand is growing for the NNA’a Trusted Enrollment Agent™ Program — a unique dispatch service that offers paid assignments to specially trained and certified NNA members to help boost their income — and thousands of new assignments are expected this summer for specially-trained NNA members.
The new assignment opportunities are the result of a growing need for reliable, professionally trained and certified Notaries to handle both identity proofings and notarizations in the aerospace and legal document preparation industries.
Through the three-year-old TEA Program, the NNA trains and certifies Notaries to perform a variety of specialized tasks and coordinates paid assignments on their behalf for a number of clients. It started with requests for identity-proofing services for government agencies, aerospace contractors, biopharmaceutical firms, and other industries, and is expanding to include mobile notarization assignments.
Established TEA Program client Exostar, which provides secure network solutions for the aerospace and defense industries, has been working closely with the NNA this year to accommodate thousands of anticipated new identity proofing needs this summer for aerospace giant Northrop Grumman. Also, the national legal document firm LegalZoom has asked the NNA to provide certified TEAs to perform mobile notarization services for LegalZoom clients.
